Hi, I’m Ronni Madongwe. I’m the founder and the director of the organization, God Adores You, which was founded in June 2020. Its vision is to reconcile people back to Christ, to lay down our weapons, put out the fire, and building bridges between the LGBTI Christians and the Church.
I’m excited to see the progress that is happening around the world, even my neighboring countries like Botswana, Namibia and South Africa, that are protecting the rights of the LGBTI. Unfortunately, it is not so in my country.
To counter this, God Adores You was established.
For the LGBTI people, we have Bible studies, Wellness Sessions and Fellowships. Also, we have Peer-to-Peer Counseling, and Support Groups.
For pastors, we have Pastors Dialogues where we invite LGBTI people to come share their stories with the pastors. The pastors give their feedback on what the LGBTI people have said. We also unpack clobber scriptures. We have open discussions within the pastors.
For parents, we invite them under the same roof, whereby we talk about how to raise an LGBTI person.
We are looking forward to having a Radical Inclusion Service that will happen every month, whereby we gather the pastors, the parents, and the LGBTI people. They will come and sit under the same roof, whereby there is no judgment. We preach the love of Christ.
For God Adores You to continue, we need continuous financial support… through grants, through monthly contribution, and any form of support. We invite you to join our efforts, to preach the message of hope and love to the LGBTI people. We thank you. And your support is welcome!
